Data Deletion Instructions

Jeepno store owners control the Meta accounts and business assets they connect. You may disconnect the integration or request deletion of data associated with your account.

Disconnect Meta access

  1. Sign in to your Jeepno account and open the relevant store admin dashboard.
  2. Open the Ads Manager or Social Media Manager connection settings.
  3. Select the connected Meta account and choose Disconnect.
  4. You may also remove Jeepno from your Facebook Business Integrations settings.

Request deletion of stored data

  1. Email support@jeepno.com from the email address registered with Jeepno.
  2. Include your Jeepno user ID, store URL and the words “Meta data deletion request”.
  3. We will verify ownership, remove applicable stored integration data and confirm completion.
Deletion requests do not remove records that Jeepno must retain to meet legal, security, fraud-prevention or accounting obligations. Those records remain protected and are deleted when the applicable retention requirement ends.
